Best Online Master’s in Public Health (MPH) Programs in 2023

The University of California–Berkeley doesn’t require applicants to submit GRE scores for its online CEPH-accredited master’s of public health program. Berkeley doesn’t offer an accelerated track but the program has concentrations in health policy and management, public health nutrition, epidemiology and biostatistics, interdisciplinary, global health, community health sciences, and spatial data sciences for public health. Prospective students are required to submit three letters of recommendation and international applicants are required to submit TOEFL scores, though they may not be necessary in specific instances. Last year, students accepted to this program had a 3.52 undergraduate GPA, on average. The acceptance rate for the program was 66% for the 2021-2022 year, and students can complete the program part-time in 27 months. The application deadline is Feb. 12, 2024.
