Students attending Ohio State University’s online master’s degree program in social work can choose to focus in specialty areas of: aging and health, mental health and substance misuse, child and youth services, or community and social justice. Students must complete 920 field hours to graduate, while advanced standing students are required to complete 672 field hours to graduate. No GRE score is required for application consideration. The MSW program application opens annually on September 1 for both the advanced standing and traditional MSW program applications. To be considered for fellowships, the application and all supporting materials must be received by December 1. The final application deadline is July 1.
