Students enrolled in Boise State University’s online master’s degree program in social work will focus on a generalist practice which requires 1,000 field hours to graduate, or 500 field hours for students with a bachelor’s degree in social work who enter the program in advanced standing. The program can be completed in two years full-time, or one year for full-time advanced standing students, with part-time options available. There are three application deadlines per year: one in April for students entering the program in fall, one in August for spring, and a January deadline for summer. No GRE score is required.
