Arizona State University’s online master’s degree program in social work offers a non-clinical advanced generalist practice degree which can be completed in two years and requires 960 field hours prior to graduation. Students with a bachelor’s degree in social work who enter the program in advanced standing can choose to specialize in the Child Welfare Education Program (CWEP), and must complete 480 field hours to graduate. Applications are accepted in June for students entering the program in fall, and there is a November deadline for students beginning in spring. No GRE score is required.
