University of Central Oklahoma’s online PMBA program can be complete in 16–36 months. Standardized test score waivers are available to applicants with a 3.5 undergraduate/graduate GPA or three years of work experience. Those not meeting those requirements can interview with program leaders to determine whether they can receive a GRE/GMAT waiver. The school does not require letters of recommendation but does require English proficiency exam scores. The deadline to apply is July 15.
